The etsy Metal team posted a challenge yesterday to make a ring every day in 2010. It is open for all to participate so I thought I would give it a go. The rings can be made of anything and as simple or complex as you like. Rings will be posted on Flickr under Ring a Day. Here is the ring that i made yesterday from a curve in the road and stop sign. I think I've got my idea for today so I'm off to the studio for a bit.

I think my ring a day would just end up being a rubber band, a piece of tape, a ribbon and some scrap paper. Hey... that's 4 rings so far!
There will be lots of those kind of rings for sure!
