Our e-mail was out for three days this week, so annoying! This has been happening way too often this past year. So, we've decided to finally find a new web hosting provider. We want 24 hour IT help over the phone and the ability to someday expand our web site with a shopping cart. Do you use such a service that you would recommend? Please tell us about them!

technology is great when it works and sucks when it doesn't! I use myhosting.com. kdog set it up for me and does most of the admin, but I've never had any problems. I believe they have 24/7 tech support, not sure, cuz I've never needed it - that's got to be good, right?! let's cocktail soon!
